Outlining challenges and solutions that improve story surfacing and collection, team integration, and editorial guidelines.

Produce

Producing impact stories (words, images, video) that amplify the authenticity of communications – annual reports, publications, campaigns. 

Output: Story Development Plan
Proposing content concepts, action plans, teams, and production budgets. Then I may craft the story, produce it with a creative team, or assign a team and get out of the way.
